July Goals

All I can say is that June was incredibly busy.  I really tried to stay mindful of my goals and get as much done as I could but projects I had hoped to get help with from the family were few and far between.  We were either scattered in multiple directions or it was raining. 🤷‍♀️

If you would like to see what did get done in June just click here otherwise it’s time to move on to July!

  1. The broken record continues - the basement 🤪 I did start on it last month though 😊
  2. The blinds 😊 and the windows 😊. I feel like Josh and I will have a little more time in July to tackle this project.
  3. Scrapbook- my goal is to finish through October 2011 this month.
  4. Continuing on with my 92 days of decluttering.
  5. Josh’s schoolwork is a focus this month - update his transcripts, set up the SAT test in the fall, order needed curriculum.
  6. Replace the garbage disposal.  It died a few weeks ago and I’d like to get that fixed this month.
  7. Schedule family photos for August or September
  8. Deep cleaning for July - the master
  9. See about borrowing or renting a power washer so that we can mark that project off the list!
  10. Deep clean the garage - Nate’s planning to help with this. 😊
  11. The camper - open it, clean it, etc.
  12. Trim the willow - it always needs trimmed in July.
  13. Plan my joyful class
  14. Things I plan to continue: daily Devos, piano practice, Amazon monthly folder, and weekly home blessing
  15. Last month I made lots of tentative plans for the coming months and I created a "tickler" calendar where I can write down all of the ideas without messing up my real calendar. So with that in mind, I need to work towards actually doing some of those fun things and saving money to make it happen.  I'm not really sure how that fits in as a goal other than just staying mindful of our plans and our calendar.
  16. Get back into the habit of writing a blog post for Wednesday.
