Last week was a pretty easy week as far as meals. Darryl was gone on a trip with his dad so I made simple meals and we ate with my mom. This week I think we might actually be back into somewhat of a normal routine. We have a camping trip planned in about a month, our last one of the season, so I'm trying to be proactive and plan the meals now and then double up on cooking those and throw one in the freezer for camping. It will keep things simple as far as prep work which is always good!
Here's the plan for the coming week.
Friday: Dinner with my mom
Saturday: Papa Murpheys Pizza - we recieved coupons in th email this past week and Josh was so excited to get them I figured we could pick up some pizza to cook at home.
Sunday: Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles and Mixed Veggies
Monday: Leftovers for the adults and Chicken and Fries for the Kids. (I have a hair appointment so really, Darryl just needs to feed the boys and himself!)
Tuesday: Honey Ginger Glased Chicken and Rice.
Wednesday: Darryl has practice so we usually have dinner with my mom
