Sometimes I think to myself, why do I keep writing a weekly menu post? Well, do you know what I search most on Pinterest? Menu ideas. Plain and simple. Planing a menu and a grocery list is slightly theraputic for this crazy mind of mine that never shuts off. It is one thing I can focus on, work on and finish every week. Sure, there are weeks (more than I would like to count) that the orginal menu looks nothing at the end of the week like it did at the beginning but that's ok.
So, here's in the plan on "paper" for the coming week
Friday - Zuppa Soup and Crescents.
Saturday - Stuffed Shells and Garlic Bread
Sunday - Whatever is in the fridge.
Monday - Chicken BLT Tacos (well, I'll probably have regular Taco meat for most of the family but I want to try these!) Beans and Rice.
Tuesday - Creamy Parmesan Chicken Carbonara, Salad, and Garlic Bread
Wednesday - I still have the excuse of AWANA for just two more weeks to eat out with the boys!!
Thursday - Meatloaf, Mashed potatoes, and Roasted Zucchini
