Food Friday - A Cheeseball

Cheeseball
adapted from a friends recipe
This cheese ball is fantastic - probably one of the best I've ever had.  The recipe is simple and I even cheat when I make it for just us at home - I don't roll it in the seasoning - we just eat it out of the bowl.  



8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
2 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped dill pickle
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup finely chopped walnuts
Pinch of Parsley, Basil, Dill
  


Beat everything except walnuts, parsley, basil and dill until smooth.  Chill at least one hour.  Roll unto a ball.  Roll into walnut and seasoning mixture.  Refrigerate until serving.
