Ok, first of all, I love my old-fashioned, traditional, Lasagna recipe but . .. this is a pretty close second. I love that it uses ravioli and that it all goes into the crock-pot for a few hours and then dinner is ready! It was flavorful and very much like lasagna especially when you use the ravioli filled with ricotta cheese. The only "negative" is that this is a short-cook meal - it only cooks for 3-4 hours. If you overcook it I would guess that it would be mushy! This would be a great Sunday noon meal. Just put it in the crock before leaving for church and sit it for a max of maybe 3 hours 30 minutes and then will be done when you get home!
