All of the things are getting back into the swing of things. We have a couple of nights that we eat in shifts so I have to try to be a little more creative (or at least plan well) so that we still eat well. I would say it is time to start cooking the comfort food dishes but it is close to 90 as we wrap up this week HA! Crazy hot weather.
Here's the plan for the coming week:
Friday - Easy Spaghetti Pie, Salad, and Garlic Bread
Saturday - Dinner at my mom's
Sunday - Creamy Crock-Pot Chicken Tuscan Style over Pasta served with French Bread
Monday - Beef, Tomato, and Pasta Soup
Tuesday - Roasted Pork Loin, Baked Potatoes, and Green Beans
Wednesday - Stuffed Shells and Bosco Sticks
Thursday - Chicken Rollatini stuffed with zucchini and mozzarella, crash potatoes and corn
