Last weeks menu got thrown off a little as we spent a good amount of time on Saturday moving my mom's camping. We ended up eating dinner at Arby's because we were famoused at 3:30 and I hadn't been to the store yet. That threw of what I planned to make on Sunday which threw off my leftover plan for Monday . .you get it. It all worked out though and no one starved. This coming week includes a very special 11th birthday!
Friday - Sloppy Joes, Baked Beans, and Potato Salad. Easy Peasy after a busy day of Friday School.
Saturday - Chili Dogs with/Leftover Sloppy Joes, potato salad and chips.
Sunday - Ham, Cheesy Potatoes and Green Beans. This is the meal I cut out last week so we will have it this week instead!
Monday - Tonight is a crazy night - we have a field trip from 3:45-5:00; TKD from 5:30-8:00(with drive time): Choir Practice from 6:00-10:00 (with drive time). So it will be simple food like corn dogs or pizza and leftovers for people to eat in-between events.
Tuesday - It's the big 11th Birthday! Lunch and Dinner are both out as we celebrate!
Wednesday - Frozen pizza - it's AWANA night!
Thursday - Tonight is the annual Harvest Fest in our town from about 4:00 until we are done. I think I will have taco stuff ready. We usually head for home around 6:00 ish so we can then eat some tacos when we get home. (We have a snack before we leave!)
I just realized that it is kind of a busy week!
